• People found engaged in criminal activity will be removed from the park.

• Children should be supervised within at all times.

• Reserving the right to close, cancel or alter the opening dates, times or event programme due to inclement weather or technical reasons.

Liability

• We do not accept liability for any personal injury, death or disturbance within the Sculpture Park or the Kyles nor accept liability for any loss or damage caused to sculptures as a result of any acts, errors or omissions made by such third parties.

Guarantee

• There is no guarantee on the lasting coloration of any sculpture which is exposed to natural elements.

• Each sculptures life expectancy is subject to its own material and environment, the Sculpture Park will not take responsibility and not provide any refund for corrosion or damage generated.

• Caol Ruadh Sculpture Park reserves the right to cancel or alter any workshop. All workshop dates and times are subject to change.

• Advanced payments for workshops are not refundable.
